Our minimum order quantity for most of our jewelry products is 10 Dozens per style per colour.

- Can you provide high-quality pictures of your products?
We get requests from many of our buyers to provide them with high quality pictures of their products for E-Commerce and catalog purposes. Therefore, as a free additional service, we provide professionally shot pictures of any products that you purchase from us.

- What is your Lead Time?
The lead time for the development of products is between 6 and 8 weeks.

- What is the cost of sending the products to X place?
The cost of sending the products to a specific location depends on various factors such as the location, weight of the consignment and the transport mode used. These costs are payable by the buyer. You will be told the total cost of freight, before the delivery. Roughly, this tends to be around 20% - 25% of the cost of the consignment.

If you are a jewelry designer or wholesaler, interested in getting your own designs manufactured, we can help you achieve this, at your targeted price. We can manufacture any of your designs, at your targeted price. - How do I request prices for your products?
To request prices for the products, please add the items you like to your enquiry basket, and once you are finished, use the “Enquire now” option, on the website, fill in the form, and send it to us. We will get back to you with the prices. Please note these prices will be for products, and do not include freight, customs duty or any other such charges.

- How can I view your entire product range?
Our entire product range is available only to approved wholesalers and our customers. Once you are registered with us, you will receive regular updates on new products. To register please fill in the registration form and once you are authorised you will be sent an email.

- Can I see samples of your products before I purchase?
You can request samples of our products using our enquiry form. The same will be sent, once we have verified that you are a legitimate wholesaler. The samples are subject to availability as we do not maintain stock of our entire range. For more info, please check the "Sample Policy" page.

- What payment methods do you accept
For small orders of value less than USD 2000, we accept only full advance payment as it minimizes the bank charges involved in other methods of payment. You may send payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Wire Transfer to our Bankers under intimation to us. On request we will provide you our bank details.
For larger orders, we can take 30% value in advance and the balance is payable when the goods are ready for shipment.
